Article 1 - Protection of personal data
AGENCE OVB (RCS of Villefranche-sur-Saône, number: B 899 970 891) is responsible for the processing of personal data under the following conditions
1.1 Collection of personal data
The personal data that are collected on this Site are the following:
Opening an account
Upon creation of the user's account, the user will be asked for their first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, and mailing address, as well as the credentials, password, and recovery (or backup) codes for their Instagram account.
Profile
Theuse of the services provided on the Site makes it possible to fill in a profile, which may include an address and a telephone number.
Payment
Within the framework of the payment of the services proposed on the Site, this one records financial data relating to the bank account or the credit card of the user.

1.2 Purposes of the use of personal data

1.3 Duration of retention of personal data
Personal data relating to a non-customer prospect may be retained for a period of three years from the date of collection by the controller or the last contact from the prospect.
1.4 Sharing of personal data with third parties
Personal data may be shared with third party companies in the following cases:
- when the user uses the payment services, for the implementation of these services, the Site is in relation with third party banking and financial companies with which it has contracted;
- when the user expressly authorizes the website of a third party to access his data;
- when the Site uses the services of service providers to provide user support, advertising and payment services. These service providers have limited access to the user's data in order to provide these services and are contractually obliged to use it in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data;

The personal data of the users collected on the Site are intended for the use of the Data Controller and are also used and accessible to the Subcontractor within the framework of the execution of its services.

No personal information of the user of the Site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties by the Subcontractor and by the Data Processor.
The data is stored in a datacenter in a member state of the European Union.
The Site implements organizational, technical, software and physical digital security measures to protect personal data against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access. However, it should be noted that the Internet is not a completely secure environment and the Site cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information on the Internet.
1.7 Implementation of user rights
In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, users have the following rights:
